I'm Liva, a London-based product designer helping coworking spaces work better for everyone.
Currently, I'm designing how members experience shared workspaces and how operators manage their businesses behind the scenes, bridging the gap between user delight and operational efficiency.
When I'm not designing or talking about design, you'll find me 👀 people-watching at Tate Modern, 🎧 curating a new Spotify playlist, or ☕ on the hunt for great coffee.
WHAT MOTIVATES ME
Starting with the 'Why'
I've learned that the best design work starts with understanding the Why before jumping to the How and What. Taking the time upfront to truly grasp the problem and why it matters helps me create solutions that actually work, not just ones that look good.
Collaboration
I'm a big believer in the power of cognitive diversity. The best projects I've been part of have been ones where I brought different stakeholders in early and embraced the diverse perspectives everyone brought to the table.
Doing vs talking
I live by the quote: "Fail early, fail often, but always fail forward." Sometimes you just have to start doing, learn from what happens, and iterate from there.
Beginner's mindset
One of my personal mantras is to stay curious and embrace the beginner's mindset. I see each project as a chance to learn something new.
